For my project I have created a card, of course!
I downloaded this digi stamp a while ago & finally got to use it, but then, of course I couldn't figure out where I got it from!
So I googled, and found it (again) here:  http://disdigidownloads.blogspot.com/
(Although I couldn't find the exact stamp again, but did find other people who made a card with it and referenced it)...

Image was colored with Copics, background paper was DCWV and the polka dot paper is imaginisce 003340 and 003342.  Happy Harvest stamp is Stampin Up.
