Holiday Cards and Gift Blog Hop
I was excited to be asked by Jamie at Glitter, Stamps, and Paper, Oh My to participate in her Holiday Cards and Gift Blog Hop!  If you've come from visiting Ellen at Card Monkey, you're in the right place. If you were just looking at my blog and want to play along with our blog hopping fun, you can go to the beginning at Jamie at Glitter, Stamps, and Paper, Oh My.  
Hopefully you have lots of ideas for your Christmas cards & gifts.  Personally, I'm a little behind schedule, and I'm hoping I'll get some great ideas from this hop!  My goal is to get my Christmas cards finished this weekend.


On to my card:

And I've noticed a lot of people put something cute on the inside of their cards - so I put a strip of the same paper & a row of glitter on the top...

Card is 5 1/2" square. The card base and blue paper are from JoAnn.  The snowflake background (which I love) is Bo Bunny gift of love paper.  The penguins are from ZooBalloo, and the hats are from Christmas Cards cartridge & Winter Wonderland.  Joy is from Winter Wonderland, and is cut on adhesive with superfine glitter.  The santa hat has flocking on it.  The brads on the other hat are Happy Holidays Braddies Brads - Frosty Flakes White.  The googley eyes are from JoAnn, 7mm and 5mm.  I used a chalking cotton ball for the hat.  I saw someone else cut a character off and I liked it, so that was the inspiration for this card.
