Jack Skellington Pumpkin

Hi!
Sorry, it's been a while since I've posted... and here I am with a pumpkin - #notcardsnotpaper -
This is my first time decorating for halloween - so I bought a pumpkin from Target -
(Free delivery - score!) and found this image of Jack Skellington (we love Nightmare before Christmas)...
So I printed it out, and taped it to the pumpkin.  

I have this old knife (I think it's a grapefruit knife?) and I used it to carve it. 

 When I got to the small pieces, I switched to an exacto knife (might have been smarter to use that the whole time but live & learn).  Be careful, I cut my finger a little bit!

I also cut out an extra piece accidentally- so I used some glue dots & put it back in :). 

I put a battery operated light in the pumpkin... I think it looks cool, and my kitty likes it too!  This was a quick project - took me less than 1 hour....
