Celebrate Freedom Blog Hop Day 2 July 2

Welcome to the Celebrate Freedom Blog Hop.
This blog hop runs from July 1st through July 4th. If you are coming from April at http://www.curlsngrins.blogspot.com you’re on the right track. If you just joined us, you can go back to the beginning with Lisa: http://www.honeybearzdesigns2011.blogspot.com/ and hop along with us.We’ve had so much fun creating this hop, and we have a wonderful line up with some oh-so-talented creators. You will see some lovely projects having to do with celebrating freedom and the 4th of July theme and have a chance to win some blog candy along the way, including some grand prizes which are being sponsored by Lisa from Honeybearz Designs and she is the first blog on the hop. In order to be eligible for the grand prizes you must leave a comment on every blog in the hop and become followers to all the ladies in the hop also.  If you didn't stop by yesterday, be sure to scroll down & see my card!
Be sure to come back everyday between July 1st and July 4th because all blogs in this hop will post a new project each day. Lisa from Honeybearz Designs will be picking the grand prize winners from all the comments left throughout the 4 days.

This is a sunburst card - I got the tutorial from http://www.owhstarsandstamps.org/2011/06/tutorial-starburst.html
Operation write home is a great organization (and they have awesome tutorials/etc).  So I made it a patriotic one... And then as I was making it decided that I was going to send this to OWH - maybe as an anyhero card...
Supplies - Patriotic paper from an old DCWV stack, yellow paper embossed with cuttlebug star embossing folder.  Yellow tags from Memory makers? and Mrs. Grossmans Stickers.  The You're my hero is a rubon from Stampin Up.  I colored the tags & the twine with my copic markers...

That's my card.. of course you have to pretty up the inside..

If you're new to my blog, be sure to become a follower. Crafty Card Gallery is an iPhone app (works on iPad and iPod Touch) that is now available for Android Phones. It is a card gallery for handmade cards. You can follow great designers, and look for ideas. It's updated monthly so there's always new great content for you... New update will be released soon - over 600 cards, and growing every month!

You can get it in the iTunes app store and the android marketplace.
I'm also hoping to get to 600 followers and  300 fans on facebook.. So please become a fan/follower...  I'll do another giveaway when I get to that goal...

So here's the blog candy - since this is a 4 day hop, I will select a winner on Tuesday, and will do the days in order (starting from day 1).. so be sure to visit multiple days to get more chances to win.  You must be a follower to win..

1) A free copy of the Crafty Card Gallery iPhone app.  I will email you a free code for the iPhone version of the app.

2)  A copy of the Bite Size Body Guide.  I am co-author of this diet and fitness journal.  The design was done by a talented designer and is very attractive.  It's compact and fits nicely in your purse.  The journal has all of the tools you need to help you reach your diet and fitness goals.  Special Deal!!!  If you order a copy of the Bite Size Body Guide today ($17 + tax if you are in CA), you will get $1 off, free shipping (if you're in the US).  Check it out here  To order with this special deal, comment below and I'll send you a paypal invoice...
