Still Seeing Dots...

Hello Crafters!!
Nancy here continuing Jennifer's challenge this month
of Polka Dots!  Polka Dots are very near and dear
to my heart because my mother LOVED them!
So any time I see them, I think of her...and
what a great memory it is! <3  So I incorporated my
mom's love for dots and "love" itself for my card!

What I have done here, is taken two pieces of ribbon and
glued them in behind the negative part of a heart
that I cut out using my Cricut. (make sure the ribbon is tight)
To give it some stability and so that you can't see through it,
I adhered it to another piece of white cardstock to give it a backing.

Trimmed it out with some Pool Party and Basic black paper.

Added a MS heart border punch to a strip of black to add some interest.
The sentiment is from Close to My Heart.
And finally I took the sentiment and punched it out with a great
SU Modern label punch, and bordered it 2 more times.

This card was a lot of fun to create!

Thanks for the great challenge Jennifer and.....

Thanks for stopping by and
Have a great day!
