It's my birthday blog hop Post 6 3/15/11

So this is my 6th card - and it's not a birthday card... 

Birthdays always mean thank you cards & I'd like to thank all of you for visiting my blog & commenting (I love to read the comments) and for your participation with the app, and on the facebook page!  I've had a blast with this and in meeting all of you (virtually)...

So thanks to all of you!

So, the story behind this card is I had pre-cut the shapes & words & taken them to Las Vegas with me.  On the way back home on the plane, I started assembling (and coloring)...  So I was sitting with a non-crafting co-worker.... and showed her how to put it all together.  First, I just showed her the card with 3 dots on each of the letters.  She liked it... then I added the gems & the dots... She really liked it...

Then I did the other one with dashes, and used pop dots to give it dimension.  She liked that much better.....  What do you think?

So all of the patterned paper is from the citrus stack, and the solid paper is just paper I had.  I can't remember what cartridge the sentiment & shape came from...
